Some photographs and artists illustrations may depict finishes and features that are not supplied by Peter Harris Homes and not included in any pricing.  These may include but are not limited to the following:

• External construction items – such as retaining walls, planter boxes
• Decorative landscaping items such as pots, statues, water features, pergolas, screens, fencing, pacing, decking, lighting, outdoor kitchens and bbq’s
• Some internal fixtures such as built in furnishings, dishwashers, air conditioners, heating systems
• All loose furnishing, decorative items, floor coverings and window treatments
• Peter Harris Homes does not supply and install pools.
